CBH loco and wagons in Narembeen on July 30th 2012

I went out to Narembeen on Monday 30th July and took a lot of photos if you are intersted in some copies please contact me on danielle.ashwin@hotmail.com
I have photos at several locations from Narembeen right through to Merredin including all the CBH sites.
I love the new look locos, they have heaps of character.
I fully support keeping grain on rail, heopfully there is a positive outcome in the near future.
I’ve noticed the new wagons too, remarking on how quickly they have developed that hungry horse look where the sides are bellied that little bit, bulging out between the internal welded frames. I suppose some engineer somewhere has devoted many hours to getting it right, but it will be interesting to see how they will stand up in service.
